HUZZAH! Competition season is over, and it was great! My couples all did pretty well and looked amazing on the floor. Personally Pennie and I got 1st in Novice Smooth, 5th in Pre-champ Smooth, and 3RD in Novice Latin. Yeah, third in latin! It was a blast. As far as the footage goes, I got shots of results reactions, and lots of first round shooting, but not a ton of footage overall. Mostly because I really don't need all that much. The film is more about the people than the dancing after all. I'll be doing some editing this week and should have some videos for you soon. But I still NEED a good microphone (both shotgun and lav). Next paycheck should be here soon. That's what its for! In the meantime, I took a couple still shots (not exactly my forte, but what the heck) so enjoy!
